This file provided instructions on installing and linking the termcap
library, previously required by poplog, but not always included in
SuSe or Mandrake distributions of Linux.

    Termcap no longer needed.

    longer needed.

Be as specific as possible. In particular state what sort of computer
you are using, which operating system, which version of the the
operating system, which version of poplog, where you got it (you may
have an out of date version).

Also describe exactly what you did, what (if anything) was printed out,
and what you expected to happen.

Helpers are not mind-readers, though they are willing to help if the
task is not too hard.
